Nice work environment, supportive colleagues and managers. Overall pleasant and helpful people.

The pay is very low, and experience is (so far) not considered. As for OB, it is excruciatingly low, but that is a general problem in Sweden in this industry. Seems like we are not well represented in our union.

Great colleagues. Hotels have great locations.

Upper management/chain management is terrible. Constant turn around in managers, temporary managers etc. Chain is EXTREMELY cheap. Zero incentives for job well done. Zero bonuses or pay rises. It’s a chain where the best employees quickly move on to better chains/jobs, and the ones who stay don’t care.
