Pros
If you’re into audio-visual technology, then this company is the place for you. Very nice products and even sometimes you can use the demo kits to train yourself on the devices to get an in-depth understanding of every product. On the other hand, this is for fast learners, and if you lack in that, you will fall behind pretty fast.
Cons
There is a few cons, the training is ok, but it can definitely be worked out. Communication between each team can either be delayed or sometimes just read upon. The working hours can be a little tedious since if you work an odd shift, the chances of asking for help can be low. Another point, since this company is turning into a corporation, expect some road bumps which will lead to confusion. Advancement within this company is the Achilles heel.
