Time off is at the mercy of your manager, if your manager does not believe in time off or mental health it is hard to get a break.
Burnout culture is a real issue here.
Management expects you to work overtime everyday even if you do not make overtime not will they give you the time back by letting you go early.
There is also an expectation that you will use email and messaging in your personal phone so your manager can access you whenever they wish.
Pay is not competitive and they use stocks to say they pay competitively as "total compensation" when in reality it is how they under pay salaries.
Constant revolving door, no respect for employees. Very much a "we can replace them" attitude.
No training or development by leaders.
