      Pros

      Everyone at Lightkeeper puts in a lot of effort into making a strong product. There's a lot of responsibility distributed amongst its employees, which results in a lot of dedication. Not to mention the amenities!

      Pros

      Tight crew, all very smart. Everyone is involved in success of the company, so you do a bit of everything. However, you are the expert for specific things and you are allowed to run with and idea, discuss openly, etc.

      Cons

      Company is very young so there are some growing pains. Management is pretty good about addressing issues as they come up.
