Pros

Virtual coffee hours, virtual book clubs, office swag, not much else.

Cons

Very poor management at all levels. Senior leadership is ok but they don't really know how to grow the business. The people are fake-nice and will talk about you behind your back. Employment benefits are horrible; when they purchase your employer you'll lose your vacation time, seniority and work history. When they purchase your company you will always feel like an outsider and never a part of the team.

Great company to work for and not a lot of being micromanaged as long as work is getting done.

Cons

Some weekend work and not fully structured.

Great department culture and good overall company culture. Flexible work spaces with remote options. Online holiday events.

Cons

Pay is less than competitive with no annual raise structure. PE ownership means profits are prioritized over employees. Some transparency issues from leadership.
