Pros
Good co workers and benefits are not bad.
Cons
Layoffs are common. Company says they’re going through rough times and had to layoff employees to balance their balance sheet. Later they acquire new companies. No notice to layoffs until the end of day chosen. The Company believes in Quaility. Money buys quality type of company. Senior leadership is somewhat clueless. Sometimes wonder how they got the positions.
