The salary was above the average in the area.

This was my worst experience in the industry by far. The management is toxic at all levels, they don't communicate, they hide information but see themselves as the bests in the industry and never have anything to show for it.

Great people (except the studio leadership) to work with.

I think senior leadership would be the reason (specially the CEO) if studio fails to deliver. They layoff people randomly and you learn on Monday someone you were working with is gone. They give the performance reason but in majority of cases layoffs happened after those people have been working for the company for more than 6 months to 2 years and suddenly the performance was bad. If Gav (CEO) does not like you start looking for a new job.
