Pros
We have a technology stack that is a true differentiator in the market, which affording us the opportunity to work with the largest corporate legal departments and law firms globally. More importantly, we have a team of Project Management and Client Service team members that are the best in the industry at exceeding client expectations.
Cons
A good problem to have, but growth pains can be painful, but you do not grow 2X through a global pandemic because you are not doing a lot of things right!!
