Pros
All management and senior management cares about the company and its employees. To have the CEO say hi by name to even new employees shows how much they care. Company is quick to invest a lot of its profit back into the people, processes, and technology in order to keep up with ever increasingly growing demand.
Cons
It's eDiscovery....it's hard work...really hard work. No only is it eDiscovery, but it's a growing company which always requires more. Sometimes I'm bored without work and sometimes I lose sleep because there is so much to be done. Lighthouse is slow to fill open positions and add new talent to the pool but it's good at identifying and quickly moving on good talent when it's discovered.
