There is opportunity to grow within your skill set as there are voluntary trainings monthly and supervisors are readily available with clinical support. The CEO is open and accessible when needed and keeps true to her word. Lighthouse isn't a place that says what needs to be said to get you in the door. They are a place that is honest and wants to put qualified professionals in the field.
