Pros

There is so much passion in the people who work for Lightful, from the developers who build the social platform to the relationships who train organisations, to the Senior Leadership who have so much passion about the projects they own as well as the people in the team. Each person is cared for and supported as if they are part of a family. We have a common goal and a drive to change things for the better. A great place for everyone and anyone as long as they want to be part of something big, and to make a difference.
