This is for the people thinking about applying for the AM roles at Lightfoot- don’t! First you will go through a very long and painful interview process! They will say that you will have the opportunity to build great client relationships and seek many opportunities to grow the account - it’s essentially an admin/customer service role! Most of the clients are unhappy, you will spend your time either taking complaints or performing mundane admin tasks first them. You will not be selling, even if you could, the clients will not be buying as nothing works! Shocking processes, toxic and strange environment, lots of untrustworthy colleagues and broken promises right from the get go!
