Used to be a great place to work. Ship is sinking fast now - Inside Sales Lightera Employee Review

The company started going downhill fast, I could tell that the ship was sinking and escaped the first chance I got. It use to be a great place to work, but then they started loosing money and still haven't stopped bleeding. Rounds of layoffs after layoffs, every time that happens they put more and more responsibilities on the employees that are left. This happened 3 times while I was there, effectively tripling my work load.
