Hello again, it's Julie MD of Lightbox here. I'm sorry you seem to have had such a bad experience at Lightbox, it must have felt like a very long two years!
As in many of my comments to the other reviews, I have talked about where we have taken feedback and made changes and we are making changes every day to be a better business. I've not denied we had some issues, I'm not denying we still have some improvements to make. We openly shared our recent scoring from exit interviews and have taken remedial action on the areas where we could do better.
In terms of the attack on me personally, sadly as a strong woman leader in business, I have come to expect a minority of people will belittle my achievements. My family and friends are very proud of my most recent award as am I. It seems from your comment you have seen it on the only place I posted about it, LinkedIn, but chose not to share the views above without your anonymity.
I wrote a new post tonight sharing your thoughts with the LI community. Interesting topic which I'm sure will create some healthy debate.
