Rules are too strict and very suffocating, salary is not competitive, lacks succession planning and appropriate training for staff, management can be very intrusive to employees' personal lives, not inclusive, lacks diversity, discriminates against LBTQIA community, does not value skilled employees but prefers those who would just obey and won't stand up when something wrong happens
