Pros

-Good people -Doesn't require much experience to get hired. Good for getting a job title on your resume. -Snacks -Unlimited PTO -Good trainings -Micromanaging is rare -The occasional activities were fun

Cons

-Negative attitude towards work from home. Remote employees were often forgotten about for spiffs or conferencing them in for meetings. No effort was put towards getting technology like conference room webcams that are built for group conferencing to make it so everyone could see/hear each other. -Promotions significant enough to make a career difference are rare. Most of the time they're just a "senior" job title. The company's lack of growth just doesn't allow opportunities to open up. (more on this later) -The company has not figured out leads. Sometimes there's a big volume but they're AWFUL quality, sometimes there's almost zero leads and cold calling has to make up the difference. Sometimes sources like trade shows are fruitful. -"bro" culture -Customer retention is the biggest problem at LL. New sales are not replacing the cancelling customers fast enough to significantly grow. Some customers have good success with LL's service but many just don't see value fast enough that they want to continue paying. This is partly due to the slower nature of organic marketing and also partly because LL's services are stretched out over 12mo so that customers have to pay a subscription. Ranking and reviews and whatnot are important to a business but when a small business owner needs to slim their budget down, they view this service as paying hundreds of dollars just to have a few emails sent - and then they cancel. This affects growth but also sales takes the commission hit. -General sense of instability. When sales are slow even for a month people get fired and everything is turned upside down. -I wasn't happy with my base pay or commission but I can't speak for everyone.

Pros

Leadership is awesome. James is a stud, a true expert with the product and with sales. Really flexible, lots of support, good product market fit.

Cons

It’s a small team, so if you’re looking for a loud sales floor not for you. More of a chill, laid back environment

Pros

You get work half day’s every Friday. That’s all I can think of.

Cons

They don’t offer benefits, toxic culture, extremely poor management, disorganization, high turnover, low pay, lack of growth, unrealistic expectations, and inadequate training, leadership lacks accountability, contrasting with claims of flexibility or hypergrowth. In other words… Management is a serious issue: There is no clear direction or long-term vision from senior leadership. Decisions feel reactive and short-sighted. Disorganized processes: Training was virtually non-existent, and internal processes are chaotic and inefficient.
