      The friendly people you work with are a big part of what makes Lifetouch great to work for Interesting workplace, that teaches and practices patience, as well as getting a smile out of the hardest people to photograph -teenagers

      Cons

      The pay is terrible for the amount of hours you put in. If you want to learn how to be a technically good photographer, this is not the place to get that experience

      Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

      Cons

      -Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
