Pros

Nothing really. Apart from good employee benefits. Decent employee onboarding process, sell you a dream and make you think you’re about to work for an amazing company.

Cons

- micro managed when bringing up issues or concerned - If your face doesn’t fit, you aren’t amongst managers favourites! - after the above, zero support and set you up to fail. - people who are managers best friends, gossip about you and make up stuff that isn’t true! - when people have an issue with you or your performance, they don’t tell you. It’s a joke, DO NOT work here.

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear that you feel that favouritism existed across your management structure. We are currently investing in upskilling our People Managers in order that they are confident to consistently lead and manage our people in the best way possible. It is of great concern to me that you feel you experienced a change in how people treated you due to your sexuality. We are committed to inclusion and creating a sense of belonging for all and would like to explore your experience in more detail to understand the situation. If you feel able to, please could you contact me directly at felicity.white@lifetimetraining.co.uk. We can then build any learnings into our 'Sense of Belonging' EDI workshops to support our commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion across the Group.

Pros

Awesome clients and great team along with continuing education

Cons

Commissions are ridiculously low. Be prepared to not make a lot your first 3 month. Only good if you’re a student
