Pros
Work life balance was ok most of the time. Remuneration was good. Expenses budget was reasonable. International travel.
Cons
Post departure of founder, company fell through the floor dramatically. Lack of leadership at top levels. No career progression. Not globally focused. US-centric position on everything. Parent company, Logitech, competes against you. Demanded too much money from Polycom to sell, and now left in limbo.
