Pros

Some really intelligent and talented people work at Lifesize, unfortunately once they see the writing on the wall, they leave. Benefits were good and the work from home policy/family friendly office was nice. I actually really liked the product when bugs/features were being worked on, could be great.

Cons

The executive team has no clear vision of how to be truly successful, nor do they have a clue how any of their departments actually run. Goals change weekly. You could spend 3 weeks on a "Top Priority" project, only to have the entire direction change and all of that work wasted. Lifesize is the most silo'd company I've ever seen. The communication is absolutely terrible. If any employee steps up to try and fix issues, they're ignored or worse, reprimanded. Some pretty terrible sexism is happening and even though half the HR team are women, they are only there to protect the execs (all men). While the product could be truly wonderful and they could have top talent, leadership chases them away or stifles, because of far too many ego's at the top.
