Pros
Small company and if you are on the right team - a lot of opportunity to get wide range of experience with fashion brands in our small town.
Cons
It is run like a larger company. Pay is not at the level it should be for jobs done. Owners not involved anymore - so guy in charge is demeaning, yells and doesn’t know how to motivate.
