Pros
Got to work with a lot of genuinely nice people, and the projects were interesting and rewarding. They support fully remote work. Working in teams was great, as we all supported and helped each other, and we shared in the successes (or failures) of the projects.
Cons
In my time there, devs and producers (project managers) were extremely overworked. Raises did not keep up with inflation, so I was earning less than when I started as a junior, while being assigned senior-level dev work. Had to leave due to chronic burnout, severe stress, and lack of growth opportunities. I also saw huge turnover - about 12 people left (most quit, but a few were laid off or fired), quite a lot for a small company of about 40 people. People in leadership said the "right things" with the best intentions, but failed to follow up with actions.
