Pros

Good equipment, flexible hours, that's about it.

Cons

Toxic environment with a capital "T". I have never been around a more miserable, divisive group of people in my life. Management will look for any excuses outside of looking at themselves in the mirror. Younger analysts are cursed at, during team meetings management gossips openly about other colleagues. The pay is not worth it. My advise would be find people your happy to work with. Find a company that will cultivate talent and growth. The rest will come.
