Our outpatient therapy team is great and overall the company has wonderful teamwork.

No cons, been here for 4+ years and still a great place.

Great benefits package including generous PTO and a good health insurance package.

Pension after 7 years fully vested, no Social Security taken from check. Community Mental Health is policy-oriented and feels a bit corporate. Supervisors get paid much more than front-line workers and seem to do less work.
