      They hire straight out of school

      Cons

      Very low pay, corporate attitude from the managers and higher ups. Money is all that matters. Very low morale among employees. Not a happy place to work. High expectations as in you must be cross-trained to do many jobs but receive ZERO compensation.

      Great coworkers, alright pay for a nonprofit, able to set schedule as long as you continued to meet objectives.

      Cons

      Change in company leadership removed support from our division, ultimately leading to it closing.
