Worked there for many years, it was ok at first. They seemed to embrace innovation for a while

Upended the entire product and all of their customers to start from scratch. It was a horrible decision that practically put them out of business. They don't know how to treat their customers or their employees. Management would alienate staff and talk behind their backs. Surprisingly things got even worse when they got bought out by a company (Orangehook) that put the final nails in the coffin through their mismanagement.
