      Pros

      Great people to work with. Everyone is so smart and specialist in their departments. The environment is very friendly and the energy is completely organic.

      Cons

      So far I have not seen any cons. Everyone is lively. The company is growing strong and has not run into any problems.

      Pros

      The pay is great and the IT Director, Software Architect and Engineering Lead are awesome people and a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      Overall, the people at the company are extremely judgmental and take nothing but your flaws into consideration before casting a negative opinion about you, then assure you that everything is just peachy right before 86ing you. Empathy doesn't exist within the company culture and if you're not exactly like them in every way, you're either on drugs or a "bad fit".
