Pros
Small network, can be beneficial to utilize the smaller organization to some in the Health Administration field.
Cons
Inefficient organizational structure - not the best from a career path standpoint from what I've seen. Hard to catapult up if little opportunities to do so are available. (Certain divions/depts this will not apply of course)
