Great work life balance and environment

Quarter system minimizes that amount of breaks for students.

The compassion of the employees and their alignment with Life's mission was always apparent, in every department with which I worked. Intentions were good.

Volatile administration. While attempts were made to control unfavorable situations (i.e. wavering accreditation and poor enrollment) external factors may have been more to blame for the reduction in force I experienced than decisions at the top. Still, it was clear that some wings of the university were favored over others.
