      Pros

      There is a lot of flexibility at the 24 hour locations. I was able to work the morning shift part time which fit in great with my schedule.

      Cons

      Some of the work is hard or not fun. However that is to be expected when working operations.

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
