      Pros

      Great team environment in the Canadian clubs. Application of science to fitness is great and members loved it. High risk but high reward.

      Cons

      If you want to get paid out nice you need to hustle like any sales gig. Not every month will be amazing and some monthly sales numbers are quite difficult to hit.

      For my team, majority are remote so i come into the office just to be on teams meetings
