Pros
Nice, clean facility. Good member base. Many different ways to earn extra income by selling assessments, HR monitors, Nutrition Coaching, Supplements, etc.
Cons
Lack of organization. Weak leadership. Horrible on-boarding process. Throughout the interview process (which is very lengthy and tedious i.e. 2 interviews, practical and written exam, phone interview) it took 4-5 weeks to finally employ me although they told me the first week I had the job. Inexperienced management and lack of systems.
