Pros

The free gym membership is a huge plus! facilities are very clean and they have a lot to offer a member at a price that isn't too bad.

Cons

Wow where to start. They have no employee recognition whatsoever. Employees are looked at as bodies as opposed to people. Theres no consideration for employees who have put time and dedication into working here and are hungry to excel and move up within the company, all of that is disregarded. Department heads pay is sketchy and not consistent for the work that they do. Again no employee recognition or incentives not even ever a "hey good job on that, i appreciate you". A big resentment between departments no team work as a company at all.

Cons

They don’t pay anything, and the CEO should honestly be ashamed. If employees were paid properly, there wouldn’t be so much drama and tension in the workplace. Communication is terrible because management doesn’t even seem to care — probably because they’re getting crumbs too. Spa management was dreadful, and the demotion was necessary. How do you fail to have people booked during major holidays when the money and clientele are clearly there? There was no structure, no leadership, and no motivation for employees to succeed. Having a successful spa for 3 years and coming into this environment I was not impressed. No growth, no support, no appreciation. Loved the members tho! And S/O to Leemar, Virgil and Dr. Hayden love them down!
