Cons
My experience was impacted by issues around compensation transparency. After submitting my resignation, I did not receive commission that had already been earned, which made it difficult to feel treated equitably. Attempts to resolve this were unsuccessful per leadership as there is no written policy on commission compensation allowing the company to withhold it after a resignation.
Additionally, the overall culture felt challenging. Communication was often unclear, expectations were a moving target, and the environment felt more stressful than collaborative.
