*I have VERY frequent contact with my superiors. They are willing to help with anything I don't understand or need support with. They remind you constantly that you are not alone and they are there to support you.
*Not only do you feel appreciated by your direct supervisors, but the president of the whole company will also check in on you and make sure you feel happy in your position. You actually feel seen by the highest up person in the company which is very rare in a low-level position.
*You have the independence of making your own schedule.
*The team system is very strong and adds even MORE support!
*They will always be honest with you. If you are doing a bad or good job, there is no guesswork. If you are doing something wrong, they tell you in a VERY time efficient way and then help you fix it.
