Thank you for your feedback! You’re right, we do sometimes ask employees to make big changes, like moving to unfamiliar areas to launch new locations or adapt to new initiatives. Big shifts can be uncomfortable, but we also realize that comfort leads to complacency. We have to be ready to face challenges whenever they arise, and to do that, we’re always seeking staff members who can remain flexible when God calls them to a new journey.
It’s no secret our organization is growing quickly and that means we have more people and less space. Our leadership team is dedicated to making strategic decisions that will not only benefit our team now, but in the future as we continue to grow.
