Since I started here 5 months ago, I immidiately felt like a part of a great team. We have weekly team meetings, weekly training sessions, monthly team lunches as well as other team activities and socials. Benefits are great, we have got life insurance, benefits and discounts app, discounted gym memebership, chiropractic care etc. I have also revieved great carrer support since starting here, with possibilities to take courses to grow and develop even more. The CA role itself I found very rewarding. Being able to follow and be a part of our clients journey to getting back to doing what they love is what i love the most. An important part of the role is the be a trusted advisor for our clients and every day building great relationships with them.
