There are very few pros to working here and the cons far outweigh them.

Where to begin? First , all the positive reviews on here are fake. Management begs new employees to leave them. Secondly , this place is toxic from the top down. All management is scared to speak up to the CEO who has the mental maturity of a two year old. Management is lousy and mostly the CEO's friends from other companies who have no real merits to take on positions. Management makes you wait years for a promotion. There is no real job growth- they have to fear you are leaving and then they give you a promotion. Also, the workload is unbearable. If you are good, they just keep on giving you more and more until they break you. Time off is useless because all your work will have just been neglected and it's still waiting for you when you get back. Actually, CEO and management discourage you from taking it in many way. Listen to most on here - stay away .
