Pros
Outreach became an enthusiastic focus and a group effort with a lot more opportunities to help our community and bring people together. As always, the people who actually lived in the communities were the best because they treated everyone like neighbors rather than "customers". They were also the best to work with.
Cons
A lot of ladder-climbing individuals joined the team and they were very difficult to work with (very self-focused and even some had maladaptive behaviors) and they would leave as soon as better opportunities would happen. Constant change-over of management positions, co-workers, policies, and use of software from the higher-ups that made it a stressful and disorganized working environment. Bad pay, little benefits. No chance for upward mobility unless you do more school, and even then, very little opportunity. Very few full time positions. Any chance for there to be a full-time position, they would purposefully create a new part-time position instead. The company's focus was all on image and not on integrity or commitment towards employees or the communities they serve.
