      Cons

      Unpleasant culture. Colleagues made to compete against each other. Constant churn. Constant unrealistic deadlines. Extreme pressure from management. Burn out is a serious issue here.

      Diverse culture, work life balance, flexibility

      Cons

      They go through layoff regularly. Lay offs are massive, whole organizations at a time. They have multiple waves a year. I’m not sure how anything gets accomplished from so much firing and hiring and moving. Whoever’s left takes the burden and realizes they’re next. It’s bad for motivation and productivity.
