Pros
Great management. Low stress and positive attitudes in a fast paced work environment. Great benefits once you start and plenty of PTO.
Cons
Difficult to change departments. "Promote from within" still pretty difficult. If you want to promote within a department, it's still very competitive and trying to get a job in a different department is as difficult as simply applying for a job with a different company.
