Pros

This is THE MOST stress free job I've ever had! The bosses are great, and friendly, you could tell them anything and they wont judge you or hold it against you (Unless it is reasonable to do so.) They are there to help you succeed and move up in the company and in life in general. Even the sales quotas are insanely easy to manage (On the sales rep side)! If you want to take training to advance your career, not only will they pay for it, but they will schedule it all for you too! And they encourage you to grow as a person as well as to give back to your community!

Cons

The benefits are not the best. The company I had just come from offered 100 times better benefits. Dont get me wrong, the benefits are still better than some other companies out there, and they start on Day 1, so you're covered right away. But the monthly premium is REALLY high (three times what my premium was a my last job) plus there is a large deductible to meet before your insurance will pay for anything, and you pay a high co-insurance for prescriptions. Compared to my last job where the premium was a third, no deductible, only $10 co-pays for EVERYTHING, and generic prescriptions were free. For my diabetic son at my old job, between premiums, co pays and his medicine, I paid about $3000 a year. Here I will spend that much and more JUST for his premiums. =(

Pros

Diverse culture, work life balance, flexibility

Cons

They go through layoff regularly. Lay offs are massive, whole organizations at a time. They have multiple waves a year. I’m not sure how anything gets accomplished from so much firing and hiring and moving. Whoever’s left takes the burden and realizes they’re next. It’s bad for motivation and productivity.
