Hands down the worst training I've ever had. There's about 200 workflows and 4 weeks of training is primarily just search the workflows and not actually learning the job. The other 4 weeks is "On The Job Training" but it's hardly training if you're literally just doing the job for 4 weeks on your own (you could reach out for help... but you can do that anyway on the job.) They tote that they care about work/life balance but you are micromanaged like crazy for every single second which creates a very intense environment. Your adherence is affected by calls going into your lunch and breaks which is often completely out of your hands and this makes it impossible to even take bathroom breaks. There is no time between calls either so it's literally 7+ hours straight of calls with no down time. I guess they forget that the people that work for them are human beings. Also, this role had the worst manager I've ever met in my life. Incredibly rude and unprofessional and expected no one to ever get sick ever and would go on 20 minute rants about how you are letting down the team if you ever get sick and that people who quit were just "not good enough" (about half my training class quit.)
