Management is atrocious and employees are underpaid. Promotions do not go to those who deserve them and the company only wants to use you for their gain. They are happy to make you a manager if you are located in the right area but they won't ensure you have any resources to succeed. They do not have a track record of long-term solutions. Instead they tend to react to problems inefficiently.
The current issue is employee retention. They are failing at addressing this. Turnover is at an all-time high, leaving existing employees in stressful situations. On top of that, the new hires are being brought in as seniors and senior 2s with higher salaries than existing employees (despite not necessarily having the right experience/knowledge). The training falls on existing employees who are also expected to complete their own work. And mentoring does not warrant any bonuses.
More often than not, these new employees use their inflated salary to leverage with another insurance company and leave Liberty within 3 months. And all the while, long-term employees are denied raises or lower caseloads.
