Horrible Employer - cares about profits only, not customers or employees - Assistant Director Liberty Mutual Insurance Employee Review

Management is obsessed with the bottom line and nothing else. Profits profits profits. They couldn't care less about the customer (hence why everyone hates LM insurance) or their employees. They hire white men and claim to support diversity but have never acted on that claim. Women, POC and LGBT are passed over for promotions, laid off, and treated terribly. Layoffs are constant. I would stay far away from this company.
