      Pros

      Co-workers, dress code, benefits and the cafeteria. They pay for your licenses... they have a training class every month because the turn over is horrible.

      Cons

      Total grind. The call quality is garbage... a shadow of what it used to be. Best place to work ever 5 years ago! Just changed the comp plan, and totally screwed over the workforce. Wait a year, till all the top producers leave and they change the comp plan back; then apply. Not competitive in the market place at all.

      Pros

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
