Great team and benefits, but senior management struggles - Senior Claims Specialist Liberty Mutual Insurance Employee Review

Unfortunately it’s the senior management teams that is out of touch that is causing the mass turnover and issues, I’m now a senior executive at another carrier and I’m seeing many very talented experienced Liberty complex adjusters being forced and pushed out due to obvious targeting tactics that Liberty does; they have been sued for this issue on numerous occasions, so this behavior needs to stop.
