Supportive environment with your close coworkers.

Cons

You are required to help the sales team, but the sales team gets the commission. You are tracked every second you sign in, you better hope you do not need to use the bathroom or your manager will call you and ask why your call metrics are so bad.

Pros

Loved my direct team members and managers, they were amazing, benefits are great, learned a lot!

Cons

Unfortunately it’s the senior management teams that is out of touch that is causing the mass turnover and issues, I’m now a senior executive at another carrier and I’m seeing many very talented experienced Liberty complex adjusters being forced and pushed out due to obvious targeting tactics that Liberty does; they have been sued for this issue on numerous occasions, so this behavior needs to stop.
