Stable pay and benefits. Partly remote and somewhat flexible. Good people.
Cons
Has tried to modernize employee culture and way of working but gets held back by legacy corporate culture, systems and bureaucracy.

Pros
Great work life balance and opportunity for growth
Cons
As a private company opportunities arise only when people move roles
-Extremely high paced
-Too many claims. Caseload is way too big.
-Super stressful having to deal with customers. A lot of them don’t understand insurance or what their policy covers so you will constantly deal with pissed off uninformed insureds
-metrics are unrealistic and unattainable. You need to have a 98% answer rate but at the same time you have a million cases and people calling you constantly so this is impossible to achieve. On top of that you have to actually document and determine liability.
-Awful work life balance
