10yThank you for taking the time to write a review. We have listened to feedback about what is important to staff and have made a numbers of changes to our benefits. Including increased holidays and lifestyle benefits and refined the commision scheme so more employees recieve.
We have also introduced the 1 day development programme to enable employees to gain insight into other areas of the business, build skills and networks. This is particularly beneficial for those employee's who want to work in a different field in the future, or move from retail to head office. We also advertise all our roles internally first, and encourage via personal develoment plans internal candidates to apply for their next job or promotion internally.
